Basepoint provide business workspace in well managed, fully serviced centres in 26 locations across the south. Nobody understands Basepoint’s proposition better than Spitfire marketing, who, since moving into Basepoint Southampton, have earned a reputation for producing hard working campaigns that get the most out of clients budgets. Following a strategy meeting, it was agreed that a testimonial campaign would be the right way to convey a diverse range of features and benefits.
The campaign, which has recently been developed by Spitfire features Basepoint’s tenants, and in their own words, it communicates the benefits of the centre in a more human way than the usual office space ads.
Commenting on the approach, Andy Rose, Spitfire’s Managing Director said; “The strategy was to give the centre personality and help to convey the energy and friendliness of the management staff, and promote the broad support network for small businesses, that is available when you are here. It also helps to build relationships between the Centre’s management team and their tenants, so the campaign has spin-off benefits.”
Spitfire’s media function planned the campaign to run in the Southern Daily Echo from December 2010, and it gives Basepoint an excellent opportunity to build brand awareness extremely cost-effectively.
