Spitfire Marketing is looking for a talented Digital Marketer with a proven expertise in Search Engine Optimisation to join our existing team and help them continue achieving the amazing results their campaigns deliver.
Requirements for the role include having the ability to analyse, plan and implement SEO strategies independently as well as implementing strategic briefs from the management team and helping them to deliver their goals for clients.
We provide SEO to clients in many different sectors, with an almost perfect client retention rate since we launched the channel internally over 8 years ago. The success of this channel stems from the custom, proven strategies that we implement into campaigns, enabling businesses to plan and scale confidently by delivering consistent new business enquiries that turn into sales and revenue.
Reporting to the digital director and working both with the internal team and directly with clients, you will have the ability to plan clear ways forward and implement them to achieve results. This would include keyword and content research, looking for on and off-site content opportunities, copywriting and optimising existing content that works hard and engages prospects. Also, producing and reviewing on-site technical audits and briefing the development team as required.
A good standard of copywriting accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role.

PPC Specialist

Spitfire Marketing is looking for a talented Pay Per Click specialist to join our existing PPC team and help them continue achieving the amazing results their campaigns deliver.
Requirements for the role include having the ability to manage campaigns independently as well as implementing strategic briefs from the management team and helping them to deliver their goals for clients.
Whilst we have a bias towards financial services, we provide PPC to clients in many different sectors, enabling their businesses to plan and scale confidently by delivering consistent new business enquiries that turn into sales and revenue and the cost per enquiry works to their business model.
Part of your role will be to work with the UI/UX team to improve CRO and ensure results continually improve through testing and improvement processes.
Reporting to the digital director and client weekly, you will have the ability to plan clear ways forward and implement them to achieve results through the various PPC channels. This would also including copywriting and designing or producing the design brief for the advert assets and ensuring these are produced accurately.
Predominantly the platforms would be Adwords, Facebook and YouTube but experience of or the ability and eagerness to learn and become an expert in Native is also highly desired.

Senior Developer
Full-time Senior Developer and Lead Developer opportunity (in-house) or Part-time/Freelance Senior Developer (in-house or remote)

Spitfire Marketing is looking for a talented and reliable web developer with a solid background developing WordPress websites and PHP/Laravel based applications that are robust and well coded.
You’ll need to have the knowledge and experience to turn well-planned creative layouts into an error-free working reality either on your own or in collaboration with other senior developers. Experience of GIT/deployment practices essential.
We’ll also need you to support our marketing team who will be briefing ongoing website updates that require accurate and efficient implementation. If you are confident in UI/UX there is also the opportunity to work with the creative team during the planning stages of sites or applications to ensure the best user experience is always achieved and support the CRO team.
Requirements could be anything from updating WordPress websites and integrating API’s all the way through to full websites and custom applications for global clients. Every day is different, each with a new challenge and the opportunity to shine and show what you can really do.
There is a number of opportunities here, from a part time to full time position and also the opportunity as a Lead Developer to head up the department and drive it forward as this area of the business expands further.

UI/UX Website & Application Designer / Project Manager

Spitfire Marketing is looking for a talented UI/UX Website & Application Designer to join our existing team and help them continue achieving the amazing results our interfaces deliver through proven methodologies.
Requirements for the role could include designing new hard working websites and landing pages, whether for SEO or PPC, or updating interfaces to improve CRO and keeping one stead ahead, continually striving for better results.
And websites are only the tip of the iceberg. We also produce custom designed applications for businesses of all sizes, from small local businesses planning looking to optimise the efficiency of their businesses process flows through to large corporations and banking institutions. Your role would include panning the process flows of the different user types and designing the UI to give a great, intuitive user experience. You will need have an understanding of technologies and the ability to interrogate systems so that the plans you produce are viable solutions when are briefed to development.
Once in development, your role will ensure the development team have a thorough brief to work to, with the visual assets they need and manage the production through to delivery, ensuring your plans are accurately brought to life, testing all functionality and taking pride in the delivered product.
